パッチをちゃんと当てたkdebaseで再確認。
Kate
* useAutoDetect = falseで自動認識せず(問題なし)
* useAutoDetect = trueでファイル名指定時、ダイアログからオープン時に自動認識。
KWrite
* 自動認識せず(パッチ作成必要)
konqueror
* KWriteをtxtの表示に使うため、txtの表示に自動認識せず
* htmlは問題なし
TODO
* kwriteのソースチェック、パッチ作成
* KateでuseAutoDetect = falseでオープンダイアログの動作をもう一度良く確認
